Hirwaun YMCA Youth Worker work with young people on an individual or group basis, offering practical and emotional support and helping them to develop skills to make positive changes in their lives.

At Hirwaun YMCA we have a bright and warm space that serves coffee, tea and snacks during the day.

Hirwaun YMCA Open Access Playwork provisions aims to create playful environments for children AGED 5-14years, giving them the opportunity to engage in freely chosen, and adventurous play.

Here at Hirwaun YMCA we've got a  brand new climbing wall that is affordable and open to anyone.

Hirwaun Men's Sheds (we also go by Hirwaun and Area Men's Sheds). A small organisation based at the Hirwaun YMCA based on the Men's Sheds movement.

At our centre we have a nice garden including vertical planted wall. Come and spend some time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Here at the YMCA we run lots of music clubs such as the Hirwaun Harmonies Choir, and a String Fusion Band. We also have a theatre space where we host live music and theatre events.

During the day there are lots of activities for adults.

Open Mic night is held the last Wednesday of the Month in our community space and is open to anyone who would like to perform.

Did you know that Hirwaun YMCA run workclubs accross the Cynon Valley in partnership with C4W+.  We are based in local communities to support people find work.
